Description: Upon the sight, the Reaver is enticed to act more violently. This allows them to be more brutal in combat, but also less cautious.

Result: This spell is cast automatically when damage is dealt to a person in combat. This can be damage to you or an enemy, but it must be done to a person; if armor or a shield absorb the damage, it does not activate.

Upon activation, you gain + 10 on attack rolls, but also lose 10 on both blocking and dodging rolls. 

After the duration, all the effects wear off. It can be activated over and over again within a topic, and can stack with other effects. This spell cannot stack with itself.
