King James' message to the Kingdoms

To the King and Queens of our realm,

Greetings, I a King James, of South Eastern kingdom. I offer this message as my greetings and as a way to share with you the knowledge that a new king has taken the throne of the kingdom of South Eastern.
I send this message as a sign of peace, a sign of alliance so that our kingdoms may see miracles and marvels happen. I myself have plans for the improvement of my kingdom, but I do not want my kingdom to be the only one that sees improvement.
I wish for us all to meet, the king and queens of this realm, to discuss peace, to exchange ideas and knowledge. I ask this of you, the kings and queens, to show that you are not afraid, to show that you wish for peace. 
Now then, my suggestion for this Council of Kingdoms, must be in a place we all can reach easily, and I hate to put the kingdom of Midergern on the spot, but I was hoping that they would host the first Council of Kingdoms.
Now then, I know that as a new king, I'm asking a lot from the kingdoms, but in the search for peace, isn't shaking the very foundation of what we are built on necessary to make sure that it lasts. I come before and implore the kings and queens to join together, to find peace in our realm, so that we may enter into a golden age of prosperity. The Golden Age of Rune.

So that all kingdoms may hear these words

"Is this really necessary Cerlan?" Krasare asked. He was stripped of all except his undergarments. There was a woman wrapping a rope around Krasare's body.
"Of course my lord. We must have properly fitted royal attire made for you." Cerlan retorted.
"I thought I told you to drop the formalities." Krasare said as the woman now moved on to Krasare's thighs. Just then a man burst through the door. He seemed to be carrying a piece of parchment.
"Cerlan there's a letter for..." the man's voice dropped off as he saw the woman still on her knees measuring the lower half of Krasare. His face turned red.
"Well speak up." said Cerlan. Krasare was looking at the man now, figuring he was a messenger and then looked down at the woman. It suddenly came to Krasare why the man stopped talking. The man was not exactly the best angle to see what's really going on.
Krasare let out a heavy sigh as Cerlan approached the messenger. Cerlan turned at the sigh sigh and saw what the messenger saw. Cerlan turned red. Cerlan then copied Krasare's sigh. "Ugh, this is our new king..." Great Cerlan, you're making this worse thought Krasare. "...we are merely getting him fitted for his royal attire."
"Please forgive my rudeness my liege" he stuttered as he got to his knee and bowed. This is going to get annoying Krasare thought.
"Please stand, I cannot stand formalities as such." said Krasare "Now then you said something about a message?"
"Oh, right!" exclaimed the messenger getting to his feet. He handed the letter to Krasare and then left his face still red.
Krasare let out another sigh and opened the letter to look at it. "Hmm..." Krasare mumbled as he studied the letter. Krasare closed the letter and handed it to Cerlan. "Cerlan where's ink and parchment? Also we need to prepare for a trip." Krasare said with a new glint in his eyes.
"But my..." Cerlan stuttered. "I mean Krasare, what was in the letter?" Cerlan said as he opened it.
"A meeting of the Kings and Queens apparently. It is being held in Midgern." Krasare said as he headed out of the room, forgetting his clothes as he was too excited for the prospect of adventure.
Krasare found the ink and parchment and then started writing.

"Hello friend, King James.

I'm a new King as well, but I hate formalities so please just call me Krasare. Your letter has some interesting ideas. I'm just letting you know that I will attend this meeting as soon as the place is confirmed. I will head out for the Midgern the next day after this letter is sent. I will be in the village in the center of Midgern so please let me know if the location changes.
I look forward to meeting you and the rest of the rulers.

Safe travels, Krasare"

Cerlan walked into the room carrying Krasare's clothing. He seemed to be out of breath. "Just my luck...you found the scribes room...on your own...and here I was looking all over for you." Cerlan composed himself. "Now then are you done writing? I'll take that." He took the letter from Krasare. "And you take this." He handed Krasare his clothing.
"Oh, it seems I forgot these." Krasare laughed. Cerlan couldn't help laughing as well.
When they got done laughing Cerlan finally spoke. "Well I'll send this off for you."
"Aren't you going to try and amend it?" Krasare retorted jokingly. Cerlan smiled at this.
"Of course not, you wouldn't let me anyways." said Cerlan. Krasare laughed "You're right on that."
Cerlan turned to walk out the room. Krasare said just before he left "Be sure you pack too. After all you're coming with me."
"Oh fine then." said Cerlan.
"And here I thought it would be a boring start!" Krasare laughed as he got dressed. He then went to get his gear ready for tomorrow.

(Okay, but, maybe not post the second series of letters in each throne room again? Or, if you plan on doing that, then I'd suggest just sending it as a reply to this one, as making 7 new topics clogs up the recent topics.)

To the Kingdoms of the Realm,

First, I thank you all for replying graciously and in a timely manner. The letters all seem positive for a peace among us, and graciously has Lady Jaina of Midgern accepted my proposal of hosting this momentous occasion in her kingdom. I believe in two week's time we should meet. That should help us all prepare, but hopefully not given any of us the advantage of staging an army. I believe no more than three guards , including escorts, per royalty should be enough, but the ultimate decision lies with Queen Jaina.
Second, I offer no harm, and have seen in no harm in the other letters that I received. It has been pointed out that we must meet under the pretense of peace, and that is what this is about. Also, it has been noted by a few that any hostility will be deal with. I understand that war-starting hostility must no thrive, but don't forget that hostility is also how we strive to improve not only ourselves, but each other. So do not say any hostility will be crushed in war, instead, turn the other cheek, unless, of course, they are marching an army against you. 
Third, as pointed out to me, there is an alliance already started, and I challenge those who have done such as to why did you hide in the shadows, plotting with a few, instead of making it open and public forum of debating and improvement. Yes, this is hostility towards those who hide in shadows, making secret plans. We are royalty, and as such need to rise above the shadows, and appear in the light. Do not fear the light.
Finally, and this is to King Cedric, only, I prefer women.
