Name: Frost Breath
Skill or Spell: Spell
 
Category: Zealot
Class: Hydromancer only
Type: Collective
 
Effect: To this spell, the caster must lift their hand to their mouth and then breath slowly through it in some way. Once the air passes through the hand, a very heavy frost will be emitted on the other side, extending to a maximum of 10 ft. 

This frost travels 10 feet in somewhat of a cone, able to hit multiple targets, as long as they are all in the same direction and within the range. The frost travels at 100 ft/s. 

Upon hitting, the frost will deal 80 damage to any thing hit, but will only deal that damage once.

When cast by multiple users, the damage will be increased by 150 for each additional caster, but only if they hit the same target. This means that if two people hit the same target with the frost, that target will take 230 from each frost (150+80). If hit by three, the target will take 380 from each frost (150x2 +80).

Note: To gain the collective bonus of this collective spell, the same target must be hit by all instances of frost nearly simultaneously, and casting this spell more than once will not stack as collective for yourself, only if multiple casters are involved. There is no maximum range, as the spell only has a 10 foot range, allowing the casters to be, at most, 20 feet apart.
