Effect: Upon casting, the caster feels instantly lighter and more at ease. The spell's energy supplements his/her natural ability to dodge and run, as well as increasing accuracy. The spell increases dexterity by 50 points and base maximum sprint speed by 6 ft/s for the next 4 four posts. Because this is a temporary shift in the caster's physiology, when cast and when it wears off, there are repercussions. Upon casting, the caster takes 40 points of damage, and upon it wearing off, s/he takes an additional 50 points.

Maybe increase damage to self, action cost, or patience required, to make it so this is cast more by people within the range of 30 to 50 dexterity (seems like it might be overpowering for someone with 25 dex to increase dex by 200%), but you could also probably keep it the same- I'm not really an expert on spells.

I'd say up the damage to the self just by a bit, as 6 ft/s is a lot. But, maybe just a 10 or 15 damage boost as it deals the damage again after casting.
The dex boost isn't huge, and you don't have to change that.

Edited accordingly. I split the damage so that more is taken upon the spell wearing off than is at the casting, so it can be used as a last resort toward the end of a topic without resulting in the person going unconscious right away. Total damage increase was 30 points, 10 on casting, 20 on end.
