Effect: To cast this spell, the bard must produce some sort of music, either singing or playing an instrument. This spell has no physical appearance other than the bard playing music.
Upon casting this spell, any player or npc with 140 or less total attribute level cannot attack for 3 of their (the target) posting turns, unless they are attacked. This means, after casting the spell, the target cannot attack (unless attacked) for three of their following posts, and after their third post under the effects, the spell wears off.
