Name: Summon Yaoguai
Skill or Spell: Spell
Category: Scholar
Class: Warlock
Type: Normal... sort of.

Effect: This spell summons a demon known as a Yaoguai, a level 5 summon. It is summoned from the depths of the earth (or hell, if you prefer), and thus rises up to take its form in rock and stone.The creature stands about 7 feet tall, and weighs some 1,000 pounds. It has two legs, and usually two (sometimes more) arms, and no visible eyes or sensory organs. It's body is made of rock and earth that shifts about as if it were flesh. It remains loyal to its summoner until slain or dismissed, and otherwise is permanent. 

The yaoguai has the following attributes: 
Strength: 80 
Dexterity: 40 
Health: 100 
Endurance: 30
(No mental Attributes; elemental is only quasi-conscious)
It always moves at a speed of 20 ft/s- no running (though it can slow down). 
Attack- Strikes with its limbs
Base Damage: 30
Damage Scaling:
-Strength: Medium
-Dexterity: None


Damage Absorbed per Hit: 50

Damage until Knocked: Cannot be knocked, as armor is natural skin of elemental
Amount of Total Knocks: N/A
Damage Absorption Lost per Knock: N/A

All fire damage that it takes is reduced by 50. (I know this is OP right now; it will be fixed with feedback.) 


        The demon rises out of the ground itself, so this spell must be performed on solid ground (dirt or stone). It must be performed outside, and afterwards a crater is left, about 4 feet in diameter and 5 feet deep. . This ritual may be interrupted within 24 hours of the first post, or within 12 hours of the last post. It may not be interrupted by characters who were on another continent at the time of the last post.

Action Cost: N/A (being a non-combat spell). However, this spell requires at least 50 endurance to be cast.

Patience Required: 100
Word Count to Learn: 3,500
Word Count to Use: 2,000

Maybe lower the health a bit, this might not be good, but 1000 hit points plus 60 armor that's a lot of damage required to kill it.

Yeah, 1,000 hp is pretty tanky. On the other hand, I feel like maybe dropping strength and damage instead, as this is supposed to be hard to kill, but not to dangerous. I'll change a few things for now.

Cut down armor by 10; reduced strength. Raised endurance cost by 5.

If you kicked up the req's, 1k hp isn't that tanky. That could potentially be a one hit for a 900 level character. Think more about what level of character you want this to be for, and then adjust accordingly.

Changed from golem to earth elemental. Removed the requirement of making a body for the summon.

Looks a lot better than before. Maybe boost some of the reqs, just because it is permanent and all that. Otherwise, interesting idea, and I like it, but we'll see what the others think.

Ok. Yeah, I forgot to boost requirements after I took away the cost of making the body. Up patience by 20, and each word count by 1,000. Buffed stats so that stats total to 250.

For this and other constructs/summons/etc., can we change the layout so that the attributes are separate from the rest and easy to see at a glance? Also, instead of saying half the speed of a human, can we just quantify that at 9 ft/s? I'd appreciate some quick changes like that, as they make looking at this much easier. Right now, it's a daunting block of text with some important and some unimportant details, with no convenient way to distinguish between the two. (I totally do the same thing, but it's more convenient for people just glancing at it if the info they want is basically jumping out at their faces)

Looks mostly good to me. I'll have Sam check it over one time though, because he seems to be better with the numbers than I am sometimes, especially when I'm sleepy.
