Quest Rules

A Quest is a mission to be carried out by players. Most quests will only be available when your character is in a certain area (you cannot know a farmer needs help if you are in a different city).
Quests always have a goal, sometimes word-count requirements to meet that goal, and a reward. Quests can range from anything such as fetching someone’s lost cow, to sabotaging a fortress for a warlord.
Quest rewards will almost always give fame (some won’t give any after you’ve reached a certain amount), reputation, and usually gold or other rewards.

Some quests have certain character requirements as well. This is because a lord is not likely to hire a group of unknown adventurers for an important task, but would hire a group of warriors he/she knows to be loyal and reliable.
